Ever had one of those weeks, the ones that fly by? The ones where someone asks you what you've been up to and for the life of you, not even one example comes to your mind? Welcome to my week. I remember being on the farm, watching the debate, and finally, waking up this morning filled to the brim with ideas, only to find life had other plans for me today.
I'm telling you, rarin' to go, with blog posts, newsletter content, e-book ideas, workshop topics, and the like. My creativity took a backseat while life's little fires took off driving, with me doing my best to keep my feet on the ground rather than flap in the wind. These things happen, priorities rearrange themselves with or without your permission. What can you do about it?
Breathing helps.
Next, let it go. Consider how much energy to you spend feeling frustrated when life goes in a different direction than you want it to? I mean, dang it, you had plans, a to do list, and REALLY IMPORTANT things to get done. Who does this life character think it is, changing things up without checking in with you first. You are the one in charge, right?
If there is one thing I know for sure, the only constant is change. Just when you think work or relationships or even you yourself are static, same 'ol same 'ol, watch a birdy, or something else unexpected, fly by and tweet otherwise. The best of both worlds: Learn how to plan well while letting go of all attachments that life will go as planned.
Happy weekend to you.

Thank you for the reminder to breathe, let go, and trust in the flow! GREAT reminders!
