Quack like a duck.
I kid. Though, I will tell you that I sometimes quack like a duck and shake my little tail when I want to let something go that's bothering me. It's a secret trick that my husband and I have which goes along with the phrase "Like water off a duck's back." As in, don't let that silly thing get you down. Quacking like a duck is the signal to let it go. It's fun when you do it in public, especially in a crowded elevator (kidding again, can you imagine?!).
A few days ago I listened to a call about animals and abundance. My twitter friend @PetsAreTalking (Bridget Pilloud), who hosted the call, is an animal intuitive. She has the gift of being able to talk with our furry friends. This helps pet owners figure out what's going on by giving their pets an understandable (to us) voice. How many times have you said, "I wish I knew why fluffy is acting like this." Talk with Bridget and you'll find out.
Abundance is a word used quite frequently in some circles, often related to money, but more accurately reflecting the overall flow of life/energy. Animals are certainly are part of that circle and Bridget wanted to share their wisdom on the topic. Turns out, the animals knew more about the experience of abundance than the word itself.
Here's a summary of their wisdom.
Horse - I smell the wind. Take a loving and honest look at the situation, then respond accordingly. See the ebb & flow. Don't worry.
Cat - I ask. I let them know we need something. I enjoy. If I do things I don't like then there's less room for what I do like. I'm a cat, of course I'm good enough to get what I want.
Dog - I've got a lot of play and happy around me. Worry is punishment, don't do it, you didn't do anything wrong. Feel your feelings but don't let it be a big deal.
Chicken - We try things. We like our friends. We never stop trying.
Your turn, apply their wisdom on abundance to your life.
*Bridget talked with my cats and was incredibly accurate with their personalities and issues.

Cute perspective. Now I know why I love dogs!
