Everyone has a different perspective on the changes we're experiencing - personally, environmentally, politically, collectively, energetically. Depending on what circle you run in, "Quantum leap," "Armageddon," or "2012" may sound familiar. And for some, they are firm in the belief that nothing major is shifting in the next few years, it's all hype, like Y2K.
While I don't claim to know the answers, my intuition gives me "truth" hits. This is where I'll sense something or get clear unexpected guidance which makes the hair stand up on my arms (the truth-o-meter). These hits come frequently, with a feeling of both intensity, lightness, and joy.
With that, my level of awareness has increased. I can quickly spot unconscious, and often detrimental, behavior patterns. What that means in non-jargon terms is that I can see where people are lying to themselves. The benefit of this is, as soon as you become consciously aware of what you're doing, you then have the power and freedom to make a new, present time choice (much of our behavior is based on old, past models we grew up with).
How is this connected to the changes in the bigger picture and the world to come? When we change personally, and wake up to realizing that we are making a difference - good or bad - in this world with our choices, that's a shift in consciousness. That is, in itself, a developmental leap. What the outcome of that is in the next few years, I don't have the answer to. But, I sure do love imagining what our world would look like if we became more aware of the impact of our choices on this global village we all live in.
If you follow mainstream media, you may be under the illusion that it's going to take a majority of us to turn the tide on how things are going. Scientists say otherwise. Turns out, only 11% of us are needed to personally leap in order to make a collective leap. How about that good news?! I've already hopped on board. Join me!
