Lots of changes going on in the world. And likely, lots of changes going on with you. This isn't a "Think happy thoughts and all will be well" post. Though if that does help you, then by all means, happy joy joy to you.
As much as I like and prefer feeling good, sometimes I don't. I get to traverse through the highs and lows of emotional mountain ranges. Perhaps it's because I'm a coach, or a Scorpio, or psychic, or...human! Whatever the reason, it certainly gives me a whole lot of compassion for when others feel stuck because I know what it's like and I know how to get out of it.
Two forms of happiness:1) The temporary emotion of happiness that is all about your ego being gratified or not.
2) The longer lasting, deep sense of inner peace that helps you ride the tide of both "good" and "bad" in your life.
