Enjoy the Let Your Life Bloom™ recording!
November 09 theme: Spirituality
Holistic Health & Sustainability: Our guest is Kate Shankari Sadowsky
Bodyworker, meditation teacher, educator, and writer. Kate has been living with rheumatoid arthritis for almost twenty years and considers her body and her pain to be her most loving, supportive, and strict teacher. She believes that we all carry within us the seeds of health and illness; the process of joyful and beneficial gardening is the art of truly living. A dedicated practitioner of meditation and yoga, Kate has a Masters Degree in Holistic Health Education from John F. Kennedy University, she coordinates the Vedika Jyoti Community Ayurvedic Clinic in Berkeley, CA, teaches meditation and mindfulness to organizations, has a private bodywork practice in Berkeley, and uses plenty of time to simply sit. Check out Kate's site, Embodied Health.
